IN MEMORIAM | PROF. MARK LESTER MANANQUIL

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Prof. Mark Lester Mananquil, one of our dedicated clinical instructors in the College of Nursing, today, September 20, 2026.

His dedication to nursing education and his service to our students and the College will always be remembered with gratitude.

We extend our deepest sympathies and heartfelt condolences to his family, loved ones, colleagues, and students during this difficult time.

May we keep Prof. Mananquil and his bereaved family in our thoughts and prayers.

Today, September 6, 2026, the faculty and staff of the Systems Plus College Foundation – College of Nursing made their annual pilgrimage to the Minor Basilica of Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary of Manaoag in Pangasinan.

This cherished annual tradition of faith, prayer, and thanksgiving is dedicated especially to our beloved Batch Maharlika, as they prepare to take the Philippine Nurse Licensure Examination (PNLE) on September 11–12, 2026.

Through the celebration of the Holy Mass, heartfelt prayers, and candle lighting, the CON Family entrusted our future nurses to God through the intercession of Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary of Manaoag, praying for wisdom, strength, confidence and success in the upcoming licensure examination.

To our Batch Maharlika, carry with you the prayers of your entire SPCF-CON Family. May your years of hard work, sacrifices, and perseverance be rewarded as you take this final step toward becoming Registered Nurses. 🩺✨

💚 THINK LIKE A NURSE, ANSWER LIKE A BOARD PASSER!** 🩺✨
The Systems Plus College Foundation – College of Nursing successfully conducted the seminar “Think Like a Nurse, Answer Like a Board Passer: Mastering Test-Taking Strategies for Nursing Examinations” on September 5, 2026, at the Rodolfo V. Jao Function Hall, Medical Arts Building.

The seminar brought together our 4th year nursing students for an engaging learning session designed to strengthen their preparation for nursing examinations and, ultimately, the Philippine Nurses Licensure Examination (PNLE).

Participants were equipped with practical strategies in analyzing nursing examination questions, applying appropriate prioritization frameworks, eliminating distractors, managing examination time effectively, and approaching scenario-based and PNLE-type questions with greater accuracy and confidence.

We extend our sincere appreciation to our Resource Speaker, Prof. Mark Aron Martirez, RN, LPT, National Lecturer for the Philippine Nurse Licensure Examination (PNLE), for generously sharing his expertise, valuable insights, and effective test-taking strategies with our future nurses.

To our future RNs: Stay focused. Think critically. Trust your preparation. Your journey toward that RN license continues! 💚💛
