The Mabalacat City Government, in collaboration with Systems Plus College Foundation – College of Nursing, successfully conducted an Operation Tuli at Jade Hall, Xevera Subdivision, Brgy. Tabun, Mabalacat City today, April 28, 2026.

Clinical instructors and selected nursing students actively participated in this meaningful outreach, demonstrating competence and commitment to community health nursing. This initiative not only provided essential healthcare services but also strengthened real-world clinical learning and service-oriented values among future nurses.
