On September 12, 2026, the 1st Regional Executive Board Meeting (REBM) of the National Federation of Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants โ€“ Region 3 Council brought together the newly elected Regional Executive Officers and Local Chapter representatives for a meaningful day of leadership, collaboration, and alignment. ๐Ÿ’™

The meeting formally welcomed and introduced the Regional Executive Officers (REOs) for Federation Year 2026โ€“2027 and provided a platform to present the Councilโ€™s mission, vision, general plans of action, and implementing rules and regulations for the year ahead. โœจ

More than just an introductory meeting, the REBM opened the floor for comments, concerns, recommendations, and meaningful discussions among the participating Local Chapters. It also served as an avenue to discuss the calendar of events, key projects, roles and responsibilities of the Councilโ€™s working departments, and opportunities for stronger collaboration across the region.

Through open communication and shared direction, the meeting strengthened the foundation of trust, accountability, unity, and collective leadership that will guide NFJPIA-R3 throughout the new federation year. ๐Ÿค

While the meeting was initially intended to be held face-to-face, it was conducted online for the safety and well-being of all participants amid the weather conditions. Despite the distance, the spirit of collaboration remained strong as leaders came together with one goalโ€”to move the federation forward. ๐Ÿ’™๐ŸŒป
