𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗦𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗬 𝗥𝗘𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧 | On Fuel Price Hike

The Benilde Antipolo Student Government acknowledges various concerns and responses raised by the student body regarding recent fuel price hikes and their impact on daily commute and transportation costs. We are actively collating these suggestions and lived-experiences to forward them directly to the academic department for proper review, ensuring that student perspective are also given attention.

Initially, the organization already communicated to the office the first line of student concerns received. And approximately 20% of the student population have answered the survey. We encourage everyone to answer the Constituency Check to ensure that all student experiences are considered.

Our goal is to work and communicate collaboratively with the students and the appropriate offices to develop student-centered solutions that accommodate the multifaceted situations and financial backgrounds across the student body. We remain committed to keeping everyone informed and will share official updates as soon as further developments are finalized.

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 135 from the Office of the President of the Philippines directing the implementation of alternative learning modes for schools in the National Capital Region, Rizal, and other identified areas in view of the anticipated continued heavy rainfall associated with the enhanced Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) and the cumulative effects of prolonged rainfall, please be informed that onsite classes will shift to alternative learning modality on Thursday, 10 September 2026.
