Learning Continuity Measures During Class Suspension

Pursuant to OVPAA Memorandum Reference No. OVPAA-09-AUG-2026 on Learning Continuity Measures During Class Suspensions, all faculty members are hereby directed to implement appropriate learning continuity measures in view of the class suspension effective Monday, August 10, 2026.

This is also in accordance with Executive Order No. 13-2026-LGP issued by the Office of the Governor of the Province of Pampanga, declaring the suspension of classes in all levels in public and private schools throughout the Province of Pampanga on August 10, 2026 (Monday) due to the expected heavy rainfall, flooding, and prevailing weather conditions.

Faculty members are expected to prepare and disseminate learning tasks, at-home academic works, and activities through online and other digital platforms to minimize learning gaps and ensure the continuity of students’ education. All students are advised to stay at home and monitor their respective official class communication channels for instructions and learning activities from their instructors. While completing these academic tasks, students are reminded that their safety, health, and well-being must always remain the priority, and no academic requirement should compromise their safety.

All concerned are enjoined to strictly observe the directives of the OVPAA Memorandum and the Provincial Executive Order and await further announcements from the school administration.

CLASS AND WORK SUSPENSION

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 122 issued by the Office of the President, suspending work in government offices and classes in the Province of Pampanga due to the continuous heavy rainfall brought by Tropical Storm Maymay and the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat), and in the interest of ensuring the safety and well-being of the entire academic community,

The School hereby announces the SUSPENSION OF CLASSES AND WORK on Thursday, August 6, 2026.

This suspension covers:

* All face-to-face and online classes at all levels.
* All teaching and non-teaching personnel, including administrative offices.

Further announcements regarding the resumption of classes and work shall be released through the official communication channels of the institution.

The safety of our students, faculty members, and employees remains our highest priority. Everyone is advised to stay indoors, exercise caution, and continue monitoring official advisories from the institution and the concerned government agencies.

OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT

In accordance with the advisory issued by the Local Government Unit of Arayat and upon the directive of our Vice President for Academic Affairs, Atty. Bertrand Russell Dysangco, all classes and office work at Exact Colleges of Asia are hereby suspended today, August 3, 2026, due to the anticipated effects of Typhoon Luis and the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat).

The safety and well-being of our students, faculty, staff, and the entire ECA community remain our highest priority. We encourage everyone to stay indoors, avoid unnecessary travel, and continue monitoring official weather updates and announcements from the Local Government Unit of Arayat and the appropriate government agencies.

Students who are not TDP & TES beneficiaries and wish to apply for the Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) are encouraged to submit their application through the official Google Form.
