Today, CROSSWORLD Shipping Company successfully conducted its campus visitation at EXACT Colleges of Asia – College of Maritime Education, providing our cadets with a valuable opportunity to participate in the Cadetship Program Interview.

Despite the suspension of classes in Pampanga, the administration of EXACT Colleges of Asia made every effort to ensure that this important recruitment activity pushed through, recognizing the significance of this opportunity for our maritime students. The College remained open to accommodate and support our cadets in pursuing their future careers at sea.

Attention to all BS Marine Transportation (BSMT) and BS Marine Engineering (BSMARE) students:

In accordance with the official announcement of the Municipality of Arayat, classes in all levels (Kindergarten to College), both public and private schools, are suspended today, August 3, 2026 (Monday) due to the expected continuous heavy rainfall caused by Typhoon Luis and the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat).

For everyone’s safety, all Maritime students are advised to stay at home and avoid unnecessary travel. Please continue to monitor the official page of the College of Maritime Education and your respective class group chats for further announcements regarding make-up classes, academic activities, and other updates.

Another milestone achieved for the College of Maritime Education – EXACT Colleges of Asia!

Today, we proudly deploy our 2nd Batch of Cadets who will begin their Onboard Training with Montenegro Shipping Lines.

ATTENTION ALL MARITIME CADETS!

HAIRCUT INSPECTION – FIRST DAY OF CLASSES

The College of Maritime Education will conduct a mandatory haircut inspection tomorrow, on the first day of classes.

All cadets are expected to strictly comply with the prescribed haircut standards according to their year level:

4th Class Midshipman (1st Year)
✔️ 4 by 5 Cut with White Side Wall

3rd Class Midshipman (2nd Year)
✔️ 3 by 4 Cut Zero

2nd Class Midshipman (3rd Year)
✔️ Semi-Kalbo with Faded Zero

❗ IMPORTANT REMINDER:
Cadets who do not comply with the prescribed haircut policy WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ENTER THE CAMPUS until the required haircut has been followed.

This policy is implemented to uphold the discipline, professionalism, and military bearing expected of every maritime cadet.

At Exact Colleges of Asia – College of Maritime Education, every cadet is expected to wear the prescribed uniform with pride, discipline, and professionalism. Your uniform reflects the values of the maritime profession and prepares you for the standards expected on board ships.

⚪ MONDAY & FRIDAY – Summer White Uniform
🟢 WEDNESDAY – Olive Green Uniform
⚫ TUESDAY & THURSDAY – Liberty Black Uniform
👕 Polo Shirt – As scheduled by the College ( for not yet released uniforms)
🛠️ Practical Classes – Practical Coverall with Safety Helmet and Safety Shoes

ANNOUNCEMENT

POSTPONEMENT OF THE GENERAL ORIENTATION

To all Freshmen, Second Year, and Third Year Maritime Students and their Parents/Guardians:

Please be informed that the General Orientation originally scheduled for July 17, 2026, has been postponed.

The orientation has been rescheduled to July 20, 2026 (Monday). The schedules for each year level will remain the same:

🕗 Freshmen: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
🕙 Second Year Students: 10:00 AM – 12:00 NN
🕑 Third Year Students: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM

We kindly request all students and their parents/guardians to attend the orientation on the new schedule, as important matters regarding academics, STCW training, and onboard training preparations will be discussed.

We apologize for any inconvenience this change may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
