𝗜𝗡𝗦𝗧𝗜𝗧𝗨𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗠𝗔𝗦𝗦 | 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟭𝟯, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 | 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗱𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗲

The Augustinian Youth Organization (AYO)–LCCB Chapter, in coordination with the Center for Spirituality and Integral Transformation (CSIT), gathered students and faculty for an Institutional Mass at the Centennial Quadrangle on August 13, 2026.

Presided over by Rev. Fr. Darcy Galas, the Eucharistic celebration centered on God’s enduring mercy and the importance of forgiveness. In his homily, Fr. Galas reminded the College community of God’s constant forgiveness and encouraged everyone to extend the same grace toward themselves and others.

The celebration served as an opportunity for the LCCB community to come together in prayer, reflection, and spiritual renewal, strengthening unity and faith within the institution.

𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗵𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗦𝗟𝗔𝗧𝗘 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁

The General Education Day 2026 brought together students for a day filled with learning, reflection, and meaningful connections that showcased the importance of holistic education.

The morning session opened with inspiring talks and discussions that allowed students to gain new perspectives, engage with relevant ideas, and recognize the role of General Education in developing critical thinking and lifelong learning.

The afternoon continued with interactive breakout activities featuring the three General Education Houses: Intellectual House, Civic House, and Practical House. Through these sessions, students were encouraged to explore their interests, strengthen their involvement, and understand how each house contributes to their growth as individuals and members of the community.

The celebration was made even more memorable through exciting games, collaborative activities, and shared moments that fostered teamwork, friendship, and unity among participants.

𝗠𝗔𝗦𝗦 𝗢𝗙 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗛𝗢𝗟𝗬 𝗦𝗣𝗜𝗥𝗜𝗧 | July 23, 2026

The La Consolacion College Bacolod community gathered at the Centennial Quadrangle to celebrate the Mass of the Holy Spirit, entrusting the new academic year to God’s wisdom, grace, and guidance.

As one Augustinian community, we begin this journey with grateful hearts, praying for the strength to lead with humility, serve with compassion, and grow in faith and excellence. May the Holy Spirit inspire us to become servant leaders and restless seekers of truth, living out our mission in every classroom, organization, and act of service.

In his homily, Rev. Fr. Anthony Quinto reminded the community to keep God at the center of our lives, emphasizing that the sacraments are not merely obligations to fulfill, but meaningful expressions of genuine faith.

The celebration also honored the legacy of Venerable Mother Consuelo Barcelo, whose life continues to inspire the LCCB community through faith, humility, and selfless service.
