Qualifications:

Previous experience in handling any of the following accounts a plus: Telco, Financial Services, Travel, Healthcare, and Insurance
Background in any of the following an advantage: Customer Service, Technical Support, Billing, Sales, Lead Generation, Email and Back Office Support
Good communication skills
Excellent multi-tasking and attention to details
