🎓 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔!

You finally made it.

Behind this moment are countless late nights, stressful days, moments of doubt, sacrifices, and prayers that only you know. There were days when you wondered if you would make it this far, but somehow, through every challenge, you kept going.

And now, here you are—𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐚 𝐝𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬, 𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐰𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐮𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐝.

Not every journey looked the same. Some made it on time, some took a little longer, while others had to overcome challenges they never expected. But no matter how different your paths may have been, 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝐛𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐜𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐦𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭. You have every reason to be proud of how far you’ve come.

Take a moment to look back at the person you were when you first started. Look at how much you have 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐧, 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐝, 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐝, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞. The person standing here today is a testament to every challenge you faced and every time you chose to keep moving forward.

So today, celebrate yourself. Celebrate the people who stayed by your side, the family who supported you, the friends who made college a little lighter, and even the struggles that helped shape the person you have become.

To the graduates of 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, congratulations. 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐦𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐢𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡. 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐦𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐢𝐭 𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞. 𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠.

Change does not always begin with a crowd. Sometimes, it begins with a small group of individuals who are willing to step forward, accept responsibility, and dedicate themselves to a purpose greater than themselves. An 𝐀𝐝 𝐇𝐨𝐜 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐞 is a temporary body formed for a specific purpose or task. Though its existence may be temporary, its responsibility is significant—especially when its work concerns the 𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐟𝐚𝐫𝐞, 𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐯𝐨𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐛𝐨𝐝𝐲.

On 𝐀𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝟐𝟖, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, the 𝐀𝐝 𝐇𝐨𝐜 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥 (𝐔𝐒𝐂) 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐬 (𝐋𝐒𝐂) formally took their oath of office. The 𝐔𝐒𝐂 𝐀𝐝 𝐇𝐨𝐜 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐞 took its oath at the Office of the University President, led by 𝐃𝐫. 𝐄𝐧𝐫𝐢𝐪𝐮𝐞 𝐆. 𝐁𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠, while the 𝐋𝐒𝐂 𝐀𝐝 𝐇𝐨𝐜 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐞 took its oath virtually through Google Meet, led by 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐆𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐚 𝐁. 𝐆𝐢𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐞. This moment marked not simply the beginning of their appointment, but the beginning of a commitment to 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞.

𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐬, 𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐛𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞. As members of the Ad Hoc Committee, every individual is entrusted with an opportunity to 𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧, 𝐭𝐨 𝐚𝐜𝐭, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐮𝐭𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐚 𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲. And just as Margaret Mead reminds us, great change can begin with a small group—when that group chooses 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞, 𝐭𝐨 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞.

𝗔𝗡𝗡𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 | 𝗥𝗘𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗘 𝗢𝗙 𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗦𝗖𝗥𝗜𝗣𝗧 𝗢𝗙 𝗥𝗘𝗖𝗢𝗥𝗗𝗦 (𝗧𝗢𝗥) 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗗𝗨𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗦𝗧𝗨𝗗𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦

The University Student Council (USC), in coordination with the Office of the University Registrar (OUR), would like to inform the graduating students of the Class of 2026 that requests to acquire their Transcript of Records (TOR) are now being accommodated during office hours, from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

For graduating students who wish to acquire their TOR but are currently outside the country or province, an authorized representative may process and claim the document on their behalf. The representative must present an authorization letter, a valid identification card (ID) of the student, and three (3) specimen signatures.

Please be advised that for other important details, such as the release date, processing time, and other requirements, students are encouraged to coordinate directly with the OUR for proper clarification and assistance.

The USC remains committed to assisting and guiding the student body in addressing concerns and raising matters that promote the welfare and interests of all students.
