On September 13, 2026, the Pampanga State University - School of Law's seven inaugural bar takers, alongside 12,003 examinees out of 13,441 admitted applicants, bravely conquered the 2026 Philippine Bar Examinations.

Taking the bar tests the mental, emotional, and physical stamina of examinees over three grueling days: Political Law and Public International Law, and Commercial and Taxation Laws (Day 1); Civil Law and Land Titles and Deeds, Labor Law and Social Legislation (Day 2); and finally Criminal Law, Remedial Law, and Legal and Judicial Ethics with Practical Exercises (Day 3).

Such immense sacrifices deserve an equally grand affirmation and celebration. Bringing the Kapampangan community's spirit right to the testing center, faculty members and students, amidst the pouring rain, welcomed the bar takers with loud cheers and roaring pride outside the San Beda testing center, celebrating the end of years of rigorous law studies and review.

This was followed by a grand Bar Salubong at the Function Room of Swiss-Belhotel Blulane, Manila, where the beloved families of the bar takers excitedly awaited. There, the School of Law community celebrated the first-ever bar examination appearance of the Pampanga State University- School of Law, with full hope and faith that they will be the inaugural batch of future Honorian lawyers in 2027.

Just as Munang Aslag signifies the very first light of dawn, the Centralized Bar Operations, headed by Atty. Lois Philippe M. Pelito, organized a historic, first-ever send-off ceremony for our seven inaugural bar candidates on September 5, 2026, at the Swiss-Belhotel Blulane, Manila.

The event began with a holy mass, followed by warm cheers and encouragement from the entire SOL community, inspiring messages from professors, and the distribution of bar survival kits.

This gathering was designed to uplift the morale, spiritual fortitude, and mental well-being of the bar candidates as they courageously faced the on September 6, 9, 13, 2026.

The entire SOL community unites in full support, holding our future Honorian lawyers in their thoughts and prayers.
