Requirements for Online Admission Application:
• Original Copy of Bachelor's Degree Transcript of Records or Master's Degree Transcript of Records for Doctoral programs;

• Original PSA Birth certificate or PSA Marriage Certificate for married female applicant; and
• Letter of Intent Addressed to Admission Director: RICHARD N. BRIONES, MAGC, RGC

Note:
a. Applicant must properly complete all fields in the profiling section of the Online Admission Application Portal; Upload all the requirements in PDF format. Multiple pages must be saved in one file only. Here’s the link for PamSU Admissions Portal: https://sms.pampangastateu.edu.ph/padmission

b. An official receipt of the “Testing Fee” amounting to P300.00 must be presented to the University Admission Test (UAT) Proctor during the examination schedule.

c. Applicant must pass the UAT and Interviews with the Program Chairperson.
*Honorable dismissal from previous college/university is required for transferees.

d. Applicants for admission shall properly complete all fields/sections in the admission portal and upload all required admission application documents in PDF format. Only applicants with complete uploaded admission requirements shall be processed and scheduled for the University Admission Tests.

e. Any proven misrepresentations or dishonesty during the application process will automatically invalidate the admission application.

g. Applicants who successfully complete the admission process, including the interview with the respective Program Chairpersons, shall be advised to submit the original copies of their uploaded documents to the Office of the University Registrar during the scheduled enrollment.
