𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗞𝗢𝗗-𝗕𝗔𝗬𝗔𝗡 𝗨𝗣𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘: Earlier today, August 21, 2026, the Pampanga State U-APA took part in the webinar, “CTRL + ALT + SERVE: Press Start on Your Public Administration Journey,” organized by the Junior Philippine Society for Public Administration – Central Luzon (JPSPA-CL), via Zoom Meeting.

The Young Lingkod-Bayan's engaged in a thoughtful discussion on governance, public service, and the realities of pursuing a career in Public Administration. The webinar highlighted that Public Administration goes beyond government operations—it encompasses policy implementation, public service delivery, and the meaningful application of one’s skills, passion, and purpose in serving communities.

The speakers also emphasized the importance of competence, ethics, empathy, and leadership in becoming an effective public servant.

A meaningful step forward in learning, leading, and inspiring change.

“𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗼 𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝗱𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿.” – Benigno “Ninoy” Aquino Jr.

This 21st of August marks the 43rd death anniversary of Benigno “Ninoy” Aquino Jr., one of the most recognizable figures in the fight for democracy, freedom, and national pride in Philippine history. His bravery and dedication to the Filipino people were remarkable, even when standing up for his beliefs placed his life in danger.

During the Martial Law period, Ninoy became one of the prominent voices in opposition to the regime. He endured imprisonment and eventually went into exile, yet his devotion to his country remained unshaken. Despite being fully aware of the risks of returning to his homeland, he chose to come home to his beloved country.

The assassination that took place upon his arrival in the Philippines became a crucial turning point in the nation’s history. His death awakened a greater sense of national consciousness among Filipinos and strengthened the call for freedom and democracy, helping ignite the movement that eventually led to the EDSA People Power Revolution in 1986.

Today, Ninoy Aquino Day is observed in honor of a man who stood for his country despite the risks he faced. This day reminds us that Ninoy’s legacy is not only the story of how he died for his beliefs, but also an example of the courage to stand for what is right and remain committed to the nation.

𝗞𝗔𝗛𝗨𝗟𝗨𝗚𝗔𝗡:

Ang Lingkod-bayan ay tumutukoy sa taong naglilingkod sa pamahalaan at sa mamamayan, na ginagampanan ang kaniyang tungkulin nang may pananagutan at dedikasyon para sa kapakanan ng bayan.

𝗟𝗔𝗬𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗡:

• Maglingkod nang tapat at responsable sa mamamayan
• Isagawa nang maayos ang mga tungkulin sa pamahalaan
• Itaguyod ang kapakanan at interes ng publiko
• Maging mabuting halimbawa sa paglilingkod sa bayan

𝗕𝗔𝗞𝗜𝗧 𝗠𝗔𝗛𝗔𝗟𝗔𝗚𝗔?

Mahalaga ang mga lingkod-bayan dahil sila ang nagsasagawa ng mga tungkulin ng pamahalaan at nagbibigay ng serbisyo sa mamamayan upang maisulong ang kapakanan ng bayan.

𝗞𝗔𝗛𝗨𝗟𝗨𝗚𝗔𝗡:

Ang Pampublikong Pamamahala ay ang maayos at tapat na pagpapatakbo ng pamahalaan. Kasama rito ang pag-aasikaso sa mga batas, programa, serbisyo, at yaman ng bayan para matugunan ang pangangailangan ng mga mamamayan.

𝗟𝗔𝗬𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗡:

- Magplano at isagawa nang tama ang mga patakaran ng gobyerno
- Gamitin nang maayos at walang sayang ang pondo at yaman ng bayan
- Magbigay ng maayos na serbisyo sa lahat ng mamamayan
- Laging isipin ang kabutihan ng nakararami

𝗕𝗔𝗞𝗜𝗧 𝗠𝗔𝗛𝗔𝗟𝗔𝗚𝗔?

Dahil sa pampublikong pamamahala, nasisiguro nating patas na naibibigay ang tulong at serbisyo sa bawat isa. Ito ang nagpapatakbo sa ating lipunan upang maging maayos at maunlad ang buhay ng bawat Pilipino.

Ngayong 𝗔𝗴𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗼, ating ipinagdiriwang ang 𝗕𝘂𝘄𝗮𝗻 𝗻𝗴 𝗪𝗶𝗸𝗮, isang paggunita sa yaman ng ating wika, kultura, at pagkakakilanlang Pilipino. Ang wika ay hindi lamang kasangkapan sa pakikipagtalastasan; ito ang salamin ng ating kasaysayan, tagapagdala ng ating mga kuwento, at tulay na nag-uugnay sa bawat salinlahi.

Bilang mga Lingkod-Bayan, nararapat lamang na gamitin natin ang wika bilang daluyan ng malasakit, pagkakaisa, at makabuluhang paglilingkod. Sa bawat salitang ating binibigkas at isinusulat, nawa’y marinig ang tinig ng mamamayan at maipadama ang diwa ng tunay na paglilingkod sa bayan.

Ngayong Buwan ng Wika, ating pagyamanin, gamitin, at ipagmalaki ang sariling wika. Sapagkat ang wika ay hindi lamang bahagi ng ating pagkakakilanlan, ito ay buhay na pamana ng bayan at lakas ng bawat Filipino.

Mabuhay ang Wikang Filipino! Mabuhay ang Kulturang Pilipino! Mabuhay ang mga Lingkod-Bayan!
