In view of the prevailing weather conditions, all University offices shall shift to online transactions today, September 9, 2026.

A skeletal onsite workforce shall be maintained to ensure the continuity of essential services.
The scheduled onsite emergency meeting of the Executive Council and select University officials shall proceed as planned.

The University continues to monitor weather conditions and relevant advisories.

Any national government directive or suspension that may be issued shall supersede this arrangement.

Further announcements shall be issued as necessary.

||𝐁𝐏𝐒𝐔 𝐀𝐃𝐕𝐈𝐒𝐎𝐑𝐘||


In view of the Orange Rainfall Warning and the continuous flooding being experienced in several areas of Bataan, BPSU announces the following adjustments to its academic and office operations:

• All scheduled Midterm Examinations shall be moved to August 24–29, 2026 (Monday to Saturday).
• All classes shall shift to synchronous online learning from August 18- 22, 2026 to allow the completion of remaining course topics.
• Graduate School Onsite Midterm Examination shall proceed on August 22, 2026.
• The deadline for Dropping of Courses is extended until Monday, August 24, 2026.
• All University offices shall conduct online transactions from August 18-20, 2026. A skeletal workforce shall be maintained for the Finance, Human Resource, and Cashier offices to ensure the continuity of essential onsite services.

Students and faculty members are advised to coordinate with their respective colleges regarding specific class and examination schedules.

The University continues to closely monitor the prevailing weather conditions and the situation in affected communities.
Any subsequent suspension or directive issued by the National Government shall supersede the arrangements stated in this advisory.

Further announcements shall be issued through official BPSU communication channels as necessary.

Ipinapaalala sa lahat ng Peninsulares na ang Lunes, ika-17 ng Agosto 2026 ay itinakdang Integration Day at huling araw para sa opisyal na pag-drop ng isa o higit pang courses para sa kasalukuyang semester (Ang course ay tumutukoy sa asignatura at hind sa program).

Ang Integration Day ay inilaan upang mabigyan ang mga mag-aaral ng sapat na panahon upang balikan at pagsama-samahin ang kanilang mga natutunan, mag-review, at makapaghanda nang mabuti para sa midterm examinations na gaganapin mula ika-17 hanggang ika-22 ng Agosto 2026. Ang schedule ng midterm examination sa bawat course ay itatakda ng inyong College, o ng Instructor/Professor.

𝙈𝙖𝙝𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙜𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙋𝙖𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙡𝙖
Kung ang isang mag-aaral ay hindi opisyal na nag-drop ng isang course hanggang sa itinakdang deadline na Lunes, ika-17 ng Agosto 2026, at hindi rin dumadalo sa klase, ito ay maaaring magresulta sa pagbibigay ng bagsak na marka (5.0) sa naturang kurso.

Kaya naman, hinihikayat ang lahat ng mag-aaral na:
◉ Suriing mabuti ang kanilang kasalukuyang enrollment;
◉ Kung kinakailangang mag-drop, isagawa ang opisyal na proseso sa ika- 17 ng Agosto 2026;
◉ Dumalo sa mga klase sa courses na naka-enroll; at
◉ Gamitin ang Integration Day bilang pagkakataon upang mag-review, at maging handa sa Midterm Examinations.

For inquiries and concerns that do not require an on-site transaction, you may send your queries through the official email of the Office of the University Registrar.

The Office of the University Registrar informs all students, alumni, parents, faculty members, and other stakeholders that there will be no office transactions at the Registrar’s Office in all BPSU campuses from 05 to 07 August 2026 (Wednesday to Friday) due to the conduct of Project REGI: Recharging Excellence, Growth, and Integrity – Office Management Workshop and Workplace Synergy Program.

Project REGI is a three-day capability-building initiative aimed at strengthening the professional competence, ethical governance, employee wellness, organizational effectiveness, and collaborative culture of TeamREGI to further enhance the quality, efficiency, and responsiveness of registrar services.

Clients with scheduled transactions during the said dates are encouraged to complete their transactions before 05 August 2026 or visit the Office on the next regular working day after the activity.

Regular office transactions will resume on Monday, 10 August 2026, following the completion of the workshop.

The Office of the University Registrar informs all students who are currently enrolled in their FINAL SEMESTER for the First Semester, AY 2026–2027 that the Application for Graduation is now open.

Students who are expected to complete all the academic requirements of their degree program at the end of the current semester and will no longer enroll in any succeeding semester or term are required to file their Application for Graduation until 31 July 2026.

Applicants are advised to submit their application within the prescribed period to allow sufficient time for the verification of academic records and evaluation of graduation eligibility.

Applications filed beyond the deadline may not be included in the graduation evaluation for the current semester.
