The University of the Cordilleras congratulates Phoebe Rabara Macalanda, who ranked 10th in the September 2026 Psychometricians Licensure Examination (PmLE) with a 92.40% rating.

Macalanda is a Bachelor of Science in Psychology graduate of UC College of Arts and Sciences, Class of 2025.
