A day of conversations, new perspectives, and a little reminder that leadership goes beyond simply showing up. 👀

On September 19, 2026, the officers of the Inclusive Foreign Language Organization (IFLO) joined fellow SIHTM organization officers and MICE students for Fast Forward 15: S.H.I.F.T. — From Participation to Transformation.

Through engaging discussions and shared experiences, the seminar encouraged student leaders to strengthen their voices, embrace innovation, collaborate with purpose, and take accountability in shaping the community they are part of.

Because sometimes, leadership starts with one simple thing:
