LADIES’ NIGHT 2026 | Tuloy-tuloy ang laban sa pribatisasyon! VAT tanggalin! Korap panagutin! ✊🏼💜

Sa pagdiriwang ng Women’s Month, sama-sama nating igigiit na ang laban ng kababaihan ay laban din ng mamamayan—laban sa korapsyon, laban sa pribatisasyon ng Baguio Public Market, at laban sa mapanupil na VAT sa batayang serbisyo. Habang patuloy na pinapasan ng kababaihan ang bigat ng krisis, mas lalong malinaw na ang tunay na pagkakaisa, paglaban, at pagpapalaya ay hindi lamang ipinagdiriwang—ito ay isinusulong at ipinaglalaban.

Ang Ladies’ Night 2026, isang gabi ng makabuluhang talakayan at pagtatanghal na magtatampok sa mahalagang papel ng kababaihan sa lipunan at sa patuloy nilang pakikibaka para sa paglaya.

Love is appreciating and recognizing dedicated service.

Last February 13, as part of our call to “Love Does Not Harm,” we offered our flowers to our dedicated faculty members, non-teaching personnel, and security guards of UP Baguio — in recognition of their unwavering commitment, patience, and hard work in serving us all, Iskolar ng Bayan.

True love is not only expressed in words, but in gratitude, respect, and meaningful action. Today, we celebrate those who continuously show up for our community with integrity and dedication.

𝐈𝐧𝐚𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐨

Last November 21, 2025, we celebrated the unveiling of the Retablo — a symbol of guidance, unity, and enduring service to every UP Baguio student.

We extend our deepest gratitude to UPB Chancellor Joel M. Addawe, Ph.D. for his support and for giving us the opportunity to renovate this landmark. Our sincere thanks as well to the Campus Planning, Development and Maintenance Office (CPDMO) under the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Administration — Boss Abs and Engr. Darvin — for designing the Retablo and assisting us throughout the entire process.

To Sir Rogel Natiugus and the Campus Maintenance Office team, thank you for turning this vision into a reality through your hard work and craftsmanship. We also thank the whole UPB Community for embracing this project with us.

We are especially grateful to our Alumni, whose unwavering support made this possible. To those who first built the original Retablo, especially Brod Ace Quijada, and to Brod Joel Flores and Brod Neil Jan Asia for guiding us from start to finish — this milestone is just as much yours as it is ours.

We dedicate this Retablo to every student who will walk these grounds — may it serve as a guide, a reminder, and a beacon of our shared journey.
