The Student Bartenders’ Organization Mocktail Creation Workshop, guided by our talented Beverage Instructor Ma’am Beatriz Larae Abad, was all about mixing flavors, learning new techniques, and unleashing creativity. From crafting mocktails to sharing laughs and moments during our General Assembly, we truly had a blast celebrating teamwork and passion. These highlights remind us why we always say—shake it fast, pour it slow, all in style with SBO.

𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, 𝐰𝐞 𝐝𝐢𝐝 𝐢𝐭! The SIHTM Leadership Seminar held last September 20, 2025 at the UB Centennial Hall was a day filled with learning, inspiration, and action.

With sessions on 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐜𝐫𝐚𝐭, 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐅𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐁𝐞𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐢𝐭𝐥𝐞𝐬, our selected SIHTM organization officers gained tools, insights, and motivation to become future-ready leaders.
