The Research Innovation Extension and Community Outreach (RIECO) Office, in collaboration with the School of Information Technology (SIT), invites you to participate in "Play It Forward: Legends Beyond the Screen," a Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) fundraising tournament happening this October 2026.

All net proceeds from this tournament will directly support community development projects in risk management, sanitation, environmental stewardship, and health and well-being for our partner communities in Barangay Naguey and Barangay Pasdong, Atok, Benguet.

Tournament Details

Who May Register:
Open to all bona fide enrolled students, alumni, regular/part-time UB employees, and community players. Interschool teams and mixed team compositions are permitted. External players are welcome, provided they compete on-site and adhere to tournament rules.

Team Composition: 5 to 6 players per team (5 starters and 1 optional reserve).
Available Slots: 32 teams only (First-come, first-served basis).

Exclusive Discount for Accredited SB Organizations
Teams affiliated with accredited Student Body (SB) Organizations enjoy an exclusive 20% discount on the registration fee:

Discounted Fee: Php 1,200.00 per team (Regular Rate: Php 1,500.00)
How to Register

1. Registration must be submitted by one designated representative (preferably the Team Captain):
2. Complete the registration form with your team's details.
3. Settle the registration fee at the RIECO Office (Room F208) or via GCash through the designated account.
4. Take a clear photo or scanned copy of your proof of payment.
5. Upload the proof of payment to the registration form and complete all required fields.
6. Submit the form.

The Department of Social Welfare and Development - Cordillera Administrative Region (DSWD-CAR), through the Unlad Kabataan Program (UK), is now accepting applicants for the Immersion Outreach Program (IOP).

This program offers 80 eligible youth the opportunity to gain hands-on work experience across various DSWD Field Office - CAR offices while receiving a daily stipend.

Program Details
โ€ข Target Beneficiaries: 80 slot recipients, prioritizing youth from indigenous communities, youth with disabilities, and disadvantaged or marginalized sectors
โ€ข Deployment Period: 30 working days at DSWD Offices, Divisions, Sections, SWAD Offices, and Units (ODSUs)
โ€ข Stipend: Php 378.75 per day (75% of the regional daily minimum wage)
โ€ข Start Date: September 23, 2026

Qualifications and Requirements
1. Age: 18 to 25 years old at the start of the program
- Requirement: PSA or Local Civil Registry Birth Certificate
2. Affiliation: Member of the Pag-asa Youth Association of the Philippines (PYAP)
- Requirement: LGU Certification of PYAP Membership
3. Income: Family monthly income does not exceed the regional poverty threshold
