UP NAMNAMA - Baguio UP NAMNAMA Baguio is the premier Ilocano student organization in the University of the Philippines Baguio. Agbiag ti nasirib ken nabannuar a puli!

UP Namnama is an academic and ethno-linguistic organization of Ilocano students in the University of the Philippines that embodies cultural advancement and aims to promote the Ilocano culture in the university and the society. The UP Namnama Baguio is a co-equal organization of UP Namnama in the University of the Philippines Diliman. HISTORY

UP Namnama
It was established on December 16, 1974 by

its 18 founding members. It started as a confraternity and as a reactionary to the administration of the President Ferdinand Marcos. As the national political system transitioned, so did UPN. From a confraternity that invokes political activism, it has since transformed into an organization that embodies cultural advancement. UP Namnama-Baguio
The organization was founded in 2014 by its 15 pioneer members.

Para sa Finance Officer ng Council of Leaders

Sa bawat organisasyon, ang maayos na pamamahala ng pondo ay hindi lamang tungkol sa mga numero ngunit sa tiwala, pananagutan, at pagtitiyak na bawat pondong ipinagkatiwala ay napupunta sa tamang layunin.

At kung may isang taong handang tumahak sa kalsadang patungo sa mas maayos na financial management, si Rome iyon.

Sa kanyang karanasan bilang USC Volunteer Corps College of Science Desk at bahagi ng External and Finance Team para sa College of Science Week 2026, nasubok ang kanyang kakayahang humawak at maghanap ng resources para sa isang malaking aktibidad. Sa kanyang kasalukuyang panunungkulan bilang Executive for Externals ng UP Namnama Baguio, patuloy niyang hinasa ang kanyang kakayahang makipag-ugnayan at bumuo ng mga oportunidad para sa organisasyon.

Hindi rin bago kay Rome ang paghawak sa mga gawaing may malaking saklaw. Bilang Finance Department Head ng United Methodist Youth Fellowship in the Philippines-Isabela South Ifugao East District, naging bahagi siya ng finance committees para sa Christmas at Summer Youth Camps na dinadaluhan ng humigit-kumulang 300โ€“500 kabataan. Sa pamamagitan ng ibaโ€™t ibang income-generating projects tulad ng t-shirts, lanyards, stickers, button pins, at photobooths, naranasan niyang magplano, magpatupad, at maghanap ng mga paraan upang mapanatiling matatag ang pondo para sa mga aktibidad.

Handa si Rome na magsilbi at tiyakin na ang bawat sentimo ay may direksyon at ang bawat desisyon ay may integridad. Para sa road to accountability, transparency, efficient budgeting at sustainable projects, tiyak na si Rome ang tamang boto!
