Barangay officials, Lupon members, and BCPC representatives are taking part in a Capacity Building and Training Program on Basic Mediation, Anti-Violence Against Women and Children, and Child Protection Orientation, facilitated by the Faculty of the Bachelor of Arts in Political Science Program of the University of Baguio.

The sessions cover key areas including Violence Against Women and Children (VAWC), childrenโ€™s rights, Katarungang Pambarangay law and technicalities, parliamentary procedure, and barangay secretary functions and documentation, followed by an open forum, training evaluation, and synthesis of learning.
