🎉 What a Catch! Fisheries Shines at the Pamplona Harvest Festival 2025! 🎉

We had an amazing time showcasing the incredible world of fisheries at the Harvest Festival 2025 in Pamplona! Our Fisheries Department booth was a huge hit, giving everyone a hands-on look at what fisheries are all about—from essential capture tools to cutting-edge research!

🌊 𝐅𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧! 🐟

We were honored to host the 𝗕𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘂 𝗼𝗳 𝗙𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗾𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲𝘀 (𝗕𝗙𝗔𝗥) as they conducted a thorough monitoring visit for our dedicated Fisheries students-scholars! This essential oversight by BFAR ensures the quality, commitment, and scientific readiness of our future aquatic resource managers. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐏𝐑𝐂) has officially released the results of the 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 𝐅𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐬 𝐋𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐄𝐱𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐅𝐏𝐋𝐄) on 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟓, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓, with 𝟏,𝟓𝟎𝟕 out of 𝟐,𝟏𝟔𝟓 examinees successfully earning the title of Licensed Fisheries Professionals, achieving a national passing rate of 𝟔𝟗.𝟔𝟏%.

𝐒𝐄𝐀𝐭𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐧𝐬’ excellence sails strong as 𝐍𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐬 𝐎𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 – 𝐁𝐚𝐢𝐬 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐬 celebrates another remarkable achievement! Proudly raising the 𝐍𝐎𝐑𝐒𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐟𝐥𝐚𝐠 is 𝑴𝒂. This milestone once again affirms the excellence of the 𝐅𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, the 𝐟𝐥𝐚𝐠𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝐨𝐟 𝐍𝐎𝐑𝐒𝐔 𝐁𝐚𝐢𝐬, guided by its empowered and dedicated faculty who continue to foster excellence, passion, and leadership in the field of fisheries.
