4 days, 3 nights onboard experience bound for Iloilo and Bacolod, where Hospitality Management and Tourism 3rd Year students, in partnership with 2GO Travel, embarked on a meaningful shipboard training journey that blended learning, discipline, and real-world exposure.
โข ๐ Hands-on Housekeeping training-room preparation, cleanliness standards, and maintaining guest-ready cabins.
โข Front Office experience-check-in/check-out procedures, guest assistance, and onboard hospitality service flow.๐๏ธ
โข Food & Beverage training-proper service sequence, dining etiquette, and customer interaction in a real setting.
โข ๐ฆบSafety training-proper use of life vests and emergency procedures onboard. ๐ชข
โข Marketing exposure-learning how onboard services are promoted and managed. ๐
โข ๐งโโ๏ธ Meeting and briefing with ship captains and officers about ship operations and management.
