SPECIAL PROGRAM FOR EMPLOYMENT OF STUDENTS 2026 (SPES)

FINAL LIST OF DEPLOYMENT PER CAMPUS
1. Kindly access the link provided for the FINAL official list of SPES grantees to be deployed at Bataan Peninsula State University.

2. SPES grantees are expected to report for deployment the day after the contract signing, before 8:00 AM.
3. For your campus deployment area, you may proceed to the following offices:
a. Main Campus – Career and Job Placement Unit, 1st Floor, OSA Building, BPSU Main Campus
b. Balanga Campus – Office of Student Affairs and Services
c. Abucay Campus – Office of Student Affairs and Services
d. Orani Campus – Office of Student Affairs and Services
In accordance with the approved Mechanism, SPES grantees will undergo work exposure for a total of 160 hours, scheduled from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Kindly take note of the following guidelines:
1. Students with academic classes may work on a flexible schedule, subject to the approval of their immediate supervisor.
2. All beneficiaries are expected to adhere to the rules and regulations of BPSU and consistently demonstrate professionalism.
3. Any violation of policies, including absenteeism or improper conduct, may result in termination from the program.
4. SPES beneficiaries are required to submit a Daily Time Record (DTR) and a summary of tasks accomplished to their immediate supervisor at the end of their work period.
5. Beneficiaries are expected to adopt the University’s working scheme.

Update Regarding the Deployment of SPES BPSU Students
