Asia Pacific College of Advanced Studies, Inc. (APCAS) held the 2nd Tourism Management, 11th Hospitality Management, and 11th Teacher Education Pinning Ceremony on April 27, 2026, at 1:00 PM at MPH 3, APCAS MGE Building. Anchored on the theme โEmbracing Service, Upholding Integrity,โ the ceremony marked the formal recognition of pre-service teachers and practicum students as they transition into their respective professional fields. The program included the presentation and formal confirmation of candidates, the Pinning of the Symbolic Figure, the Signing of the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), a Candle Lighting Ceremony, as well as the Pre-service Teachersโ Pledge and Oath of Responsibility in Training. These activities served as the official acknowledgment of the participantsโ readiness to undertake their professional roles and responsibilities.
The ceremony also featured the inspirational message of Ms. Annie Rose D. Reyes, BEEd Alumna (Batch 2013), who served as the guest speaker. A message on behalf of the partner institutions was likewise delivered by Dr. Jennifer De Guzman, Principal of the City of Balanga National High School (COBNHS), who shared words of encouragement and professional guidance to the students. Institutional officials, partner industry representatives, and parents also participated in the pinning of the symbolic figure, signifying their support for the students as they prepare for professional practice in the fields of education, hospitality, and tourism management.
