On May 8, 2026, the Nursing Students and other Staff of UPM-SHS Extension Campus Baler gained knowledge 📖 with the MDRRMO of Dipaculao, Aurora and hands-on practice that equips them to respond effectively in emergencies🚨. It’s not just about getting certified — it’s about having the courage and ability to step up ⬆️ and help when someone is in danger‼️ . On behalf of the Student Council, one of its members visited the April 2026 Midwifery Licensure Examination takers from the Diploma in Midwifery 13th Batch in Baguio City to personally extend support and encouragement.

To our DM 13th Batch, you’ve come a long way—from early duties and return demonstrations to sleepless nights of review and quiet prayers. This exam is just one more step in the journey you’ve been faithfully working for.
