Rhea is a kind and hardworking young woman who holds tight to her dream of earning a college degree. Her family is filled with problems because her father, Andrew, is an alcoholic and abusive, while her mother, Jean, is a housewife.

‎Determined to break free from this environment, she enrolls at MOIST, Inc., and works tirelessly as a student assistant on campus to fund her education. Throughout her journey, her older brother, Khalil, stands by her. She also meets Chielsy, who becomes her close friend. Chielsy's family helps and welcomes her during her difficult times.

‎Driven by the mission, vision, and the opportunities provided by MOIST, Inc., Rhea balances her work and studies until she successfully completes her program. In the end, she learns that her past does not have to determine her future.

𝗔 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗕𝗔𝗠 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝗼𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗼𝘄

The College of Business Administration and Management (CBAM) of the Misamis Oriental Institute of Science and Technology (MOIST) successfully conducted its Annual Strategic Planning for 2026–2029 on September 11, 2026, at the MOIST Conference Room.

The activity brought together CBAM department officials and key stakeholders, representing the college's leadership, faculty, student advisers, and student leadership, to collaboratively define the college's priorities and strategic directions for the next three years.

We focused on initiatives aligned with MOIST's institutional direction and strengthening CBAM's commitment to academic excellence, student success, innovation, organizational development, quality assurance, and community impact.

With a shared vision and commitment, the college moves forward to build a stronger, more responsive, future-ready business education community.
