Congratulations to the MOIST Community for the impressive performance in the March 2026 Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET), achieving a 66.67% passing rate for BEED and 82.3% for BSED, both higher than the national passing rates of 56.03% for BEED and 73.10% for BSED, respectively.

This achievement reflects the continued excellence and effective interventions of the College of Teacher Education (CTE), making our institution more competitive in the field of education. We extend our sincere gratitude to the Dean, Program Coordinators, faculty members, and Academic Support Services for their hard work, dedication, and commitment.

May this accomplishment serve as a testament to the collective efforts of the entire CTE Department and inspire us to continue striving for academic excellence.

MOIST, Inc. 16th Commencement Exercises

The Misamis Oriental Institute of Science and Technology (MOIST), Inc. proudly held its 16th Commencement Exercises on April 30, 2026 at the RPV Gym, carrying the theme “Quality Education Ready to Serve the Nation.”

The ceremony was graced by Dr. Arlita Ampola B. Minguez as the commencement speaker, inspiring graduates to uphold excellence and service in their chosen fields.

Among the honorees was Marielle Joy F. Caoile, from the College of Tourism and Hospitality Management - MOIST Inc Magna Cum Laude graduate, who received the Unifast Academic Excellence Award in recognition of her outstanding academic performance.

The Misamis Oriental Institute of Science & Technology (MOIST), Inc. marked a significant milestone with its 16th Commencement Exercises Baccalaureate Mass on April 30, 2026, held at the MOIST RPV Gymnasium.

The solemn celebration brought together graduates, their proud parents, faculty, and staff in thanksgiving for the academic journey completed. The Mass was presided over by Rev. Fr. Joshua A. Lamayo, SSJV, offering blessings and prayers for the graduates as they prepare to embark on new paths beyond MOIST.
