To promote academic excellence and support student success, the ๐ข๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ป๐ถ๐ด๐ต๐ ๐ฆ๐๐๐ฑ๐ ๐๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฎ on campus is now permitted for students who wish to extend their study hours to provide a safe, conducive, and disciplined environment. ๐๐
Make sure to adhere to the guidelines in the Student Handbook while using the Overnight Study Area. Failure to comply may lead to disciplinary action in accordance with University policies.
1๏ธโฃ๐๐ผ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ด๐ฒ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐ณ๐ณ๐ฒ๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐๐ถ๐๐: The Overnight Study Area is Available ๐ฑ๐๐ฟ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ธ ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ผ๐ฟ ๐๐ผ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฑ๐๐ฟ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐ ๐ถ๐ฑ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐บ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ฎ๐น ๐๐

2๏ธโฃ๐๐ฐ๐ฐ๐ฒ๐๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ ๐ผ๐ป๐ถ๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ป๐ด: Access is limited to ๐ผ๐ณ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฎ๐น๐น๐ ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฟ๐ผ๐น๐น๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐ก๐จ ๐๐ฎ๐น๐ถ๐๐ฎ๐ด ๐๐๐๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐. Only the๐๐ฟ๐ผ๐๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐น๐ผ๐ผ๐ฟ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฆ๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ผ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐น๐ผ๐ผ๐ฟ are designated as authorized Overnight Study Areas. All students are required to log in and log out upon entry and exit, and present their valid University ID when requested to comply with security monitoring procedures.
3๏ธโฃ๐ฃ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ฎ๐น ๐๐ผ๐ป๐๐ฒ๐ป๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ข๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ป๐ถ๐ด๐ต๐ ๐ฆ๐๐ฎ๐: Students intending to stay overnight are required to submit a ๐๐ถ๐ด๐ป๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐ฃ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ป๐/๐๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ฎ๐ป ๐ช๐ฎ๐ถ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐ฝ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ผ๐๐ฎ๐น ๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐บ prior to entry. Students may request the waiver in ๐ฆ๐๐๐ข ๐ข๐ณ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฒ. No students shall be permitted to stay overnight without proper authorization.
4๏ธโฃ๐๐๐ฟ๐ณ๐ฒ๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ ๐ผ๐๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐ ๐ฃ๐ผ๐น๐ถ๐ฐ๐: Students may exit the campus ๐๐ป๐๐ถ๐น ๐ต:๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐ฃ๐ ๐ผ๐ป๐น๐. From 9:01 PM to 4:00 AM, exit will be strictly prohibited unless the student is accompanied by a parent or guardian. Exit privileges will resume at 4:00 AM.
5๏ธโฃ๐๐ผ๐ป๐ฑ๐๐ฐ๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐ถ๐๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฝ๐น๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ: All students are expected to ๐บ๐ฎ๐ถ๐ป๐๐ฎ๐ถ๐ป ๐๐ถ๐น๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ผ๐ฟ๐๐บ ๐ฎ๐ ๐ฎ๐น๐น ๐๐ถ๐บ๐ฒ๐. Proper conduct must be observed. Those who are under the influence of alcohol or any prohibited substances will not be permitted within the premises.
6๏ธโฃ๐๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐ ๐๐ผ๐ฑ๐ฒ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป: Students must comply with the ๐จ๐ป๐ถ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ถ๐๐ ๐ฑ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐ ๐ฐ๐ผ๐ฑ๐ฒ at all times and are required to wear their ๐๐ฎ๐น๐ถ๐ฑ ๐จ๐ป๐ถ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ถ๐๐ ๐๐ within the premises.
7๏ธโฃ๐จ๐๐ฒ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ผ๐๐ฟ๐ฐ๐ฒ๐: Rearranging furniture without prior authorization is ๐๐๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฐ๐๐น๐ ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ต๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐๐ฒ๐ฑ. Any damage or misuse of University facilities shall be subject to ๐ฑ๐ถ๐๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฝ๐น๐ถ๐ป๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป. Wi-Fi access within the area must be used strictly for academic purposes.
