The Balud Municipal College (BMC) is blessed of having persons who are always there to stand and to support on its undertakings.
With this, in behalf of BMC, we would like to extend our sincere thanks to the all-out support of the LGU Balud headed by the Balud Municipal Mayor, Hon. Rodolfo O. Estrella, Jr. To Sir Rarie Esparrago, LGU Balud External Affairs Officer, we thank you of your presence during the program.
Also, to the brilliant and expert speakers led by the one and only Resource Speaker in the person of Madam Marma Capellan, EPS-I of the SDO Masbate Province who delivered her topic with great pride and honor, same with the topic presenters who informatively done their tasks well with expertise, Mr. Alejandre B. Laurio, Jr. of PCSSMHS, Ms. Judith A. Estrella of PCSSMHS, Mrs. Karen B. Delgado, BMC Guidance Counselor and Mr. Mark Anthony Oliva of THS.
More so, to the motherly support and care of the Dean Designate of the Balud Municipal College, Dr. Prolucen C. Velarde with the BMC Registrar Head, Ms. Girlie Trogo together with her staff, active involvement of the BMC faculty through the headship of Mr. Cristopher James A. Alob, to the graduating students and parents who unselfishly support their students in terms of their professional growth and development. So with the beautiful scenery offered by the Velarde's Mountain Resort served as the venue of the event, the delicious and palatable servings served by Beatriz Rafaela Resort who rendered their time in terms of food preparations.
The BMC has no words to say except of saying "THANK YOU!" for all the efforts and support extended by everyone for the fulfillment and for the success of this another milestone in the history of the Balud Municipal College. Thank you once again LGU Balud...until nextime!
