𝗖𝗔𝗦𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀! 𝗣𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘀-𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 is fast approaching, and preparations are underway! 🙌🏆

To our CAS athletes who registered for the sports screening, kindly proceed to the 𝗔𝗦𝗨 𝗠𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶-𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗛𝗮𝗹𝗹 tomorrow, September 4. The screening will be held from 1:00 to 5:00 in the afternoon.

An excuse letter has been forwarded covering all official participants who submitted their application through the Gform link. It also contains the name of your respective coaches.

📌 Note: To our CAS athletes who will screen for the 𝗧𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗧𝗲𝗻𝗻𝗶𝘀🏓 and 𝗕𝗮𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗻 🏸 sports, kindly bring your own ping pong ball and shuttlecock.

Various university departments presented their respective services, acquainting students with the resources and opportunities available to them.

The assembly was attended by CAS students and faculty members, with the support of the College of Arts and Sciences Student Council (CASSC).

The College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) will be holding a 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗢𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 tomorrow, September 2, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, at the ASU Amphitheater.

All CAS students are required to attend, as the College of Arts and Sciences Student Council (CASSC) will be facilitating the log in attendance, from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM.

Kindly wear your CAS departmental shirt during the orientation.

𝙉𝙤𝙩𝙚: For our first-year CAS students, you may wear any white or purple attire, in compliance with the university's dress code.

As Filipino citizens, we take pride in commemorating National Heroes Day every August 31. We honor the fallen patriots who bravely fought for our country to attain freedom and independence.

This day is not just recalling the prominent Filipino heroes we learned about in history class, but a reminder of the countless lives that had to surrender for the sake of our nation and the future generation.

Who we are and where we stand today is the long-sought epilogue of a story that revolved around the selfless sacrifices to which we owe our gratitude.

Let us revere their unyielding devotion to our motherland, and keep them as examples of Filipinos whose hearts beat with overflowing hope and love for their country and their people.

𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒 | Showcasing the rich cultural heritage of ASEAN nations across Aklan State University (ASU) - Main Campus' college departments, the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) took part in the celebration, yesterday, August 28.

Led by the University Student Council (USC), representatives from CAS joined in various ASEAN-themed competitions: Quiz Bowl, Cultural Variety Show, and Fashion Runway.

With Singapore as its designated ASEAN country, the College of Arts and Sciences Student Council (CASSC) also curated a booth exhibit as part of the university-wide contest.
