๐๐๐๐๐, ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ โ ๐๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐๐, ๐๐๐๐ โ Recognizing the vital role of the youth in nation-building, Santo Nino College Foundation, Inc. (SNCFI) successfully conducted the ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ฒ๐ฆ๐ฉ๐จ๐ฌ๐ข๐ฎ๐ฆ with the theme "๐ฌ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ท๐๐๐๐๐ ๐บ๐๐๐๐๐๐, ๐ช๐๐๐๐ ๐ท๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐, ๐๐๐
๐น๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ช๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐" at the SNCFI Activity Area. The activity aimed at educating and inspiring students to become socially responsible individuals by fostering a deeper understanding of public service, crime prevention, ethical leadership, and active citizenship.
As higher education institutions continue to prepare students not only for employment but also for meaningful participation in society, the symposium served as an avenue to broaden learners' perspectives on the importance of civic engagement and their shared responsibility in creating safe, peaceful, and inclusive communities. By exposing students to the realities and responsibilities of public servants, SNCFI sought to encourage them to become proactive citizens who uphold integrity, respect the rule of law, and contribute positively to their communities.

Through their presentations, the officers introduced students to the mandate and functions of the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP), emphasizing the agency's role in public safety, rehabilitation, and community development. They also discussed crime prevention strategies, responsible decision-making, and the importance of discipline, accountability, and respect for the lawโvalues that are essential both inside and outside the classroom.
Beyond increasing students' awareness of the criminal justice system, the symposium highlighted how every young individual can contribute to crime prevention by making informed choices, becoming responsible digital and community citizens, and serving as advocates for peace and positive change. The discussions encouraged participants to recognize that responsible citizenship begins with everyday actions grounded in honesty, respect, empathy, and social responsibility.
For students who aspire to pursue careers in public service, criminal justice, law enforcement, government, or community development, the symposium also provided valuable career insights and firsthand perspectives from professionals actively serving the nation.
