The agenda focuses on the systematic review and updating of the Documented Procedures Manual (DPM) and Quality System Forms (QSF).

We commend our QA team and document controllers for their dedication to maintaining administrative excellence and regulatory standards.

The Task Force for Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 13: Climate Action convened at the Aklan State University Quality Assurance Center to discuss preparations for the submission of relevant entries and supporting evidence for the Times Higher Education (THE) Impact Rankings. The meeting focused on strengthening documentation, ensuring the quality of submissions, and enhancing the University's performance and ranking in the global sustainability assessment. Through this collaborative effort, ASU reaffirms its commitment to climate action and sustainable development.

Aklan State University warmly welcomed the Capiz State University (CAPSU) delegation for a Benchmarking Activity on Quality Assurance last September 15,2026 at ASU Banga Conference Hall, providing a meaningful avenue for sharing practices, experiences, innovations, and lessons learned in building a culture of quality.

The activity went beyond simply sharing accomplishments it became a space for learning from one another, exchanging ideas, and discovering practices that can further strengthen institutional quality assurance systems.
