6th Monthly Meeting Successfully Conducted

The Procurement Planning Section, BAC Secretariats, and Contract Management Section successfully conducted its 6th Monthly Meeting, where key procurement matters and strategies were discussed and presented by Mr. Eraรฑo โ€œSir Jigzโ€ Mendoza.

The meeting covered the following agenda:

โœ”๏ธ Discussion on the COA Audit Observation Memorandum (AOM), particularly the delayed submission of documents, including the eleven (11) recommendations issued by COA and the corresponding responses and actions of the University;

The Iloilo State University of Fisheries Science and Technology (ISUFST) announced that all office transactions at its Main Campusโ€“Poblacion and Main Campusโ€“Tiwi sites will only be accommodated until 3:00 p.m. today, June 8, due to an emergency meeting involving permanent and casual non-teaching personnel.
The temporary adjustment in office operations affects all client-facing services, including enrollment and other administrative transactions at the two main campus sites.
University officials advised students, parents, stakeholders, and other clients with pending transactions to visit the concerned offices before the 3:00 p.m. cutoff to avoid inconvenience.
The advisory applies exclusively to the ISUFST Main Campusโ€“Poblacion and Main Campusโ€“Tiwi sites. Other campuses are not covered by the announcement.
Regular office operations and transactions are expected to resume on the next working day following the emergency meeting.
