𝐂𝐎𝐎𝐑𝐃𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐌𝐄𝐄𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆| ISUFST’s Procurement Planning and preparation for the APP FY 2027

A coordination meeting was conducted and presided over by the Procurement Director, Mr. Eraño Mendoza, with the presence of the Vice President for Administration and Finance, Dr. Jescel Bito-Onon.

The meeting was attended by the Systemwide Procurement Office, Supply Office, Accounting Office, and Budget Office to discuss strategies in addressing common mistakes and gaps in procurement processes. Plans for the conduct of an orientation and workshop with end-users were also discussed to further strengthen procurement compliance and efficiency.

A brainstorming session on the classification of APP items in preparation for the FY 2027 Annual Procurement Plan (APP) was likewise conducted to ensure proper categorization and streamlined procurement activities systemwide.

Strengthening coordination and collaboration towards a more efficient and responsive procurement system.

The activity was presided over by BAC Vice-Chairperson, Dr. Johnny B. Dolor, with Dr. Lorelie Robles (BAC Member) present physically. Joining online were BAC Chairperson, Dr. Stephen Raymund Jinon, along with BAC Members Atty. Chito John Colonia and Dr. Samuel Talves.

Also in attendance were the end-users and librarians from the Main Campus (Tiwi Site), Di**le Campus, and San Enrique Campus, as well as the BAC Secretariat, Dumangas Procurement Officer, and TWG for Goods. Technical specifications and other relevant matters were thoroughly discussed.

At 10:00 AM, the 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐁𝐢𝐝𝐬 for the project:
“𝐑𝐞𝐡𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐆𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐞, 𝐆𝐚𝐭𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐅𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 )𝐏𝐡𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝟏)” was conducted, still presided over by the BAC Vice-Chairperson.

Prior to the opening, at 9:50 AM, one bidder, A. Maquiling Construction and Services; formally withdrew its intent to bid. Only Quatro Amigos Construction and Supply submitted a bid and was declared the Single Bidder, with a bid amount of ₱2,994,050.69 as read.

The activity was attended by the End-User, Dr. Matthew Lasap (Campus Administrator, Dumangas Campus) online, and Mrs. Ellen Grace Gulmatico (Administrative Officer V) physically. Also present were the TWG for Infrastructure, BAC Secretariats, and Procurement Officer of Dumangas Campus.
