On June 2, 2026, the College of Health Sciences – Department of Nursing received a Resolution of Commendation from the City Government of Batac for being hailed as the TOP 1 PERFORMING SCHOOL NATIONWIDE in the November 2025 Philippine Nurse Licensure Examination!

Adding glory to this historic feat, our very own Ms. Joan Claire B. Carlos clinched the prestigious spot as TOP 8 NATIONWIDE! In recognition of her outstanding achievement, she was likewise awarded her own Resolution of Commendation along with a well‑deserved cash incentive.

This remarkable honor stands as proof of our unwavering pursuit of excellence, dedicated faculty guidance, and the relentless hard work of our students. We are immensely proud of Joan Claire and our entire Nursing family, truly bringing pride and glory to Batac and the entire country!

Please read and follow the instructions carefully.

Students are advised to complete their required laboratory and diagnostic tests before proceeding to the MMSU University Infirmary. All necessary forms may be downloaded through the Student Portal.

1. Laboratory and Diagnostic Tests
• Only the laboratory and diagnostic tests indicated in the downloaded Laboratory Request Form are required.
• No additional laboratory or diagnostic tests beyond those specified in the form are needed.

2. Submission of Original Copies of Forms
• Once your medical forms have been approved in the Student Portal, a notification stating “You may now submit original copies” will appear.
• Students may submit the original copies of their forms before their scheduled registration date. Please note that the registration date refers to the enrollment schedule issued by the MMSU Registrar.

A total of 3,905 candidates for degrees are set to march this Academic Year 2025–2026 during the 48th Commencement Exercises of Mariano Marcos State University at the iconic MMSU Sunken Garden on June 10 and 11, 2026.

For the first time in MMSU history, the University will hold a two-day graduation ceremony, with Development Academy of the Philippines President Dr. Leocadio S. Sebastian and Commission on Higher Education Chairperson Dr. Shirley C. Agrupis serving as Guest Speakers for the historic milestone.

The batch includes 86 graduates from Midyear 2025, 138 from the 1st Semester, AY 2025–2026, and 3,681 from the 2nd Semester, AY 2025–2026.

1. Login to mys.mmsu.edu.ph (Student Portal) using your MCAT account;
2. Upload requirements (credentials);
3. Submit and wait for approval;
4. Download the Laboratory Request Form and proceed to Medical/Dental examination;
5. Present the laboratory result to your physician on scheduled dates (June 01-02, 2026)
6. You're now ready for registration of courses/subjects.

Applicants ranked 1 to 220 are qualified for admission to the BS Nursing program.

This is to inform everyone that the MCAT cut‑off score for this admission period is 83, equivalent to a percentile rank of 91.

Applicants are considered qualified based on the following criteria:

-Nursing is indicated as your first priority course;
-You have obtained a score that meets or exceeds the set cut‑off;and
-Senior High School GWA of 88% or better.

To all qualified applicants: Please wait for further details regarding the next phase of the selection and admission process. Updates and instructions will be sent to you directly by the Department’s Selection and Admission Committee, primarily through your registered email address and mobile number.
