Today, we return to the College of Law—not just to study, but to continue a dream that asks so much of us. A dream built on late nights, quiet doubts, small victories, and the hope that one day, all of this will matter. Batangas State University – College of Law proudly earned 𝟏𝐬𝐭 𝐑𝐮𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫-𝐔𝐩 at the 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 𝐈𝐂𝐑𝐂 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐨𝐨𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐧 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐋𝐚𝐰, held on December 1–4, 2025. Representing the University was its pioneering team composed of 𝐄𝐥𝐢𝐣𝐚𝐡 𝐃𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐞𝐥 𝐄𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐮 (𝟏𝐬𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐥), 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐚 𝐃𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞 𝐃𝐞 𝐑𝐚𝐦𝐨𝐬 (𝟐𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐥), 𝐌𝐚𝐲𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐨 (𝐀𝐥𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐥), with researchers 𝐉𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐩𝐡 𝐏𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐛𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐫𝐚 𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝐅𝐚𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐬, who demonstrated exceptional skill in arguing complex issues of international humanitarian law before a simulated ICC Pre-Trial Chamber.

The team was guided by 𝐀𝐭𝐭𝐲. 𝐍𝐨𝐞𝐥 𝐀𝐥𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐨 𝐒. 𝐎𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐩 (Head Coach) and 𝐀𝐭𝐭𝐲. 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐒. 𝐆𝐨𝐧𝐳𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 (Dean, College of Law; Assistant Coach), whose mentorship was instrumental in this historic achievement.
