The University of Batangas Political Science Circle (UB PSC) successfully conducted the PSC CARES 2.0: Aral Summer Program 2026 Donation Drive last May 11, 2026, for the learners of Niรฑo Jesus Elementary School in Sitio Papayahan, Santo Niรฑo, Batangas City.

This initiative was made possible through the collaborative efforts of the PSC members, together with the generous personal donation of one of the organizationโ€™s advisers, Dr. Mary-Ann B. Macatangay, who donated one stand fan, while the PSC donated two wall fans. These donations aim to provide a more comfortable and conducive learning environment for the students, especially during the warm season.

Through this simple yet meaningful effort, the organization demonstrated its commitment to community service and social responsibility. The activity serves as a reminder that practical contributions can create a positive and lasting impact on the daily lives of learners.

The Political Science Circle continues to promote initiatives that encourage student involvement, compassion, and meaningful engagement with the community.

The University of Batangas Political Science Circle (UB PSC) held its Second General Assembly for A.Y. 2025โ€“2026 last May 7, 2026 at the Center for Continuing Education and Lifelong Learning. Guided by the theme โ€œ๐•๐จ๐ข๐œ๐ž๐ฌ ๐„๐ฆ๐ฉ๐จ๐ฐ๐ž๐ซ๐ž๐, ๐’๐ž๐ซ๐ฏ๐ข๐œ๐ž ๐’๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ๐š๐ข๐ง๐ž๐: ๐€ ๐˜๐ž๐š๐ซ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐“๐ซ๐š๐ง๐ฌ๐Ÿ๐จ๐ซ๐ฆ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ž ๐‚๐š๐ฉ๐š๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ,โ€ the assembly became a meaningful space for reflection, recognition, and renewal.

The program highlighted the organizationโ€™s vision, celebrated the accomplishments of its members, and acknowledged the dedication that contributed to a productive and meaningful year. It also served as a turning point for leadership, as new officers for S.Y. 2026โ€“2027 were nominated and electedโ€”marking the beginning of a new chapter of service and responsibility.

UB PSC extends its appreciation to all Political Science students who showed up for our assembly. To everyone who joined, we truly appreciate your voice, your presence, and your dedication to service. Weโ€™re excited to move forward together toward a future of empowered leadership.

Ngayong Labor Day, kaisa ang Political Science Circle (PSC) ng University of Batangas sa pagbibigay-pugay sa bawat manggagawang Pilipino na patuloy na naglilingkod at nagsasakripisyo para sa bayan.

Sa kabila ng ibaโ€™t ibang suliranin, pangyayari, at pagtaas ng mga pangunahing bilihin, lalo na ang langis. Nanatiling matatag ang ating mga tsuper, magsasaka, at iba pang sektor ng mga manggagawang Pilipino. Ito ay patunay na ang kanilang dedikasyon, malasakit, at pagmamahal sa kapwa, lalo na sa bayan, ay walang kapantay.

Ang araw na ito ay hindi lamang basta selebrasyon o pag-alala, kundi isang taos-pusong pasasalamat. Sa bawat pagod at sakripisyong kanilang iniaalay, patuloy nilang hinuhubog at itinataguyod ang kinabukasan ng ating bansa.

Walang pag-unlad kung walang manggagawa.

Last Tuesdayโ€™s Miting De Avance gave us a front-row seat to the future of UBโ€™s student government. Huge kudos to all the candidates from the different departments who shared their goals for a better campus experience. It was an incredible morning watching candidates from every department and college across the university step up to the plate.

Seeing the prospective Executives, Governments, Student Parliaments, and Councilors share their platforms reminded us that leadership isn't just about titles, but about the service and the "Voice" they bring to the student body. Itโ€™s more than just a campaign; itโ€™s about choosing the right people to represent students.

Now, the ball is in our court. Let us make our voices heard this election!

The following responses were acquired through the Miting de Avance 2026, which we facilitated to aid the student body in knowing the stance of each candidate on significant matters within student governance, accountability, inclusiveness, and campus welfare.
