The Philippine construction industry generates significant economic value (about โฑ1.66 trillion from 2018โ2024), but worker safety remains a major concern due to slips, trips, and falls (STFs) and widespread exposure to harmful cement dust affecting millions of workers. This study introduces S.C.O.P.E., an affordable, Arduino-based autonomous robot designed to address both hazards. It uses LiDAR for navigation, AI-powered vision for detecting STF risks, and a humidifier system to suppress dust. Testing showed strong performance: 100% success in movement, hazard detection, cleaning, and dust control, with consistent speed, full detection accuracy, and efficient coverage.
