Recto, Malacaรฑang has directed the implementation of alternative learning modes and learning continuity measures in public and private schools tomorrow, ๐—”๐˜‚๐—ด๐˜‚๐˜€๐˜ ๐Ÿฎ๐Ÿฌ, ๐Ÿฎ๐Ÿฌ๐Ÿฎ๐Ÿฒ, in anticipation of continued heavy rainfall brought by the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat).
