Yet, behind every harvest lies a struggle that too often goes unseen. Rising production costs, unstable farmgate prices, and limited market opportunities continue to challenge the livelihoods of Filipino farmers.

On this National Farmerโ€™s Day, we honor their perseverance while recognizing that appreciation alone cannot address the injustices they face. Our farmers deserve fair compensation, accessible resources, and opportunities that allow them to thriveโ€”not merely survive.
