Understanding our history is an act of resistance. Remembering the horrors of Martial Law is not about dwelling on bitterness; it is about protecting our rights and ensuring that tyranny never finds a foothold again. As torchbearers of the future, we carry the duty of keeping truth alive.

We do not just look backโ€”we stand guard. Democracy requires active memory, unwavering vigilance, and the strength to reject historical distortion. Silence makes us complicit. Memory makes us free.

We all carry different things. Some are seen, some are kept quietly.

The pressure of school, family, relationships, finances, expectations, identity, and simply trying to figure life out can sometimes feel like too much.

This World Su***de Prevention Month, letโ€™s make space for every story and every struggle. Check in. Listen. Reach out.

Because no matter what part of life feels heavy right now, you deserve support. You matter.๐Ÿ’š
