Teodoro M. Luansing College of Rosario This is the official page of Teodoro M. Luansing College of Rosario. It was not too long ago when Mr. Teodoro M. In June 2005 – 2006, the dream of Mr.

Luansing had a vision… a dream, to establish a school in Rosario, the first of its kind, as a tribute to the place and its people whom he had learned to love and whose memories he would fondly cherish all his life. Luansing has turned into a reality. The college, the first ever in the eastern town of Batangas, situated in Barangay Namunga, near the crossroads along the National Highway in Rosario

, and traversing the towns of Padre Garcia, San Juan, Taysan and Ibaan was inaugurated. This ushered the advent of collegiate education in these areas whose youths have been commuting to Batangas City, Lipa City, and to as far as Manila just to avail of the services of their colleges and universities. The establishments of the college meant lots of savings in terms of money and efforts for the students enrolled in TMLCR. TMLCR adopts the open system where it receives resources inputs from the environment and transforms them into products or service outputs which are returned to the environment for use or consumption. As an open system, the school constantly interacts with its environment which influences its state and its future.

Attention, Teodorians!

The implementation of alternating online and face-to-face classes has officially begun this week. Please be advised that from tomorrow, April 23 until Saturday, April 25, classes will be conducted online.

In addition, we would like to clarify that, contrary to the previous announcement, office transactions will only be available during days scheduled for face-to-face classes. Enrollment and all other transactions must be completed strictly on those days.
