Your voice matters.

We are conducting a campus-wide assessment on red-tagging experiences among Viscans to better understand its impact on freedom of speech, personal safety, and democratic participation within our community. Through this study, we hope to gather insights on the level of awareness, perception, and responses of students regarding this issue.

We encourage everyone to participate and become part of a conversation that seeks understanding, awareness, and accountability.

In light of the current crisis and after careful consideration, the University Supreme Student Council Federation has decided to conduct the upcoming address ๐—ข๐—ก๐—Ÿ๐—œ๐—ก๐—˜. This is to ensure everyoneโ€™s safety and to avoid disrupting class schedules, especially as we approach the final examination period, following the numerous class suspensions in the past weeks and months.

LIBRENG SAKAY: GULONG NG TULONG (GNT) was officially kicked off last night, marking the launch of the USSC evening transport assistance initiative for VSU students. In these times of difficulty, we reaffirm that walang Viscan ang dapat maiwan sa daan, and that every trip home carries not just passengers, but stories of service, care, and solidarity.

This program is made possible through the support of the VSU Administration for providing the vehicles and the student councils of FNMS, FVM, FAFS, and FTE who extended counterpart assistance for the fuel subsidy.

GNT stands as a shared commitment that in every turning wheel, there is a collective effort to bring students home safely.

LIBRENG SAKAY: GULONG NG TULONG (GNT)

As fuel prices and transportation fares continue to rise, many students are now facing greater challenges in commutingโ€”especially during the evening when rides become limited.

In response to this growing concern, the USSC proudly launches Libreng Sakay: Gulong ng Tulong (GNT), an evening transport assistance initiative dedicated to providing VSU students with safe, accessible, and reliable rides pauwi.

Because in times of crisis, walang estudyanteng dapat maiwan sa daan.

Every trip is more than just transportationโ€”it is serbisyo, malasakit, at bayanihan para sa kapwa Viscan.

We extend our sincere gratitude to the VSU Administration for providing the vehicles necessary for the implementation of the program. The fuel subsidy for the operation is funded by the University Supreme Student Council (USSC), with counterpart support from the student councils of FNMS, FVM, FAFS, and FTE.

Students may now settle their fees and fines online โ€” tracking their eligibility and monitoring their semestral clearance status in real-time, without the need for in-person transactions.

Please take note of the payment steps, verification process, and reminders before proceeding with your transaction.

We encourage all concerned students to settle their outstanding balances at the earliest convenience.

VSU Baybay - University Supreme Student Council is pleased to announce that ๐—ฆ๐—จ๐—ฅ๐—˜๐—ฃ๐—”๐—ฌ is now officially available through the ๐—จ๐—ฆ๐—ฆ๐—– ๐—–๐—ผ๐—ป๐—ป๐—ฒ๐—ฐ๐˜ ๐—ฃ๐—ฎ๐˜†๐—บ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜ ๐—ฃ๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐˜๐—ฎ๐—น.

Students may now settle their 2nd semester fees and fines online โ€” with real-time eligibility tracking and clearance monitoring. Payment availability is until May 30, 2026.

For students who prefer face-to-face transactions, we will also be catering on-site payments. Further details and schedules will be announced soon.
