The Student Election Board formally announces that the USSC Special Election and Plebiscite did not reach the required quorum. The official total voter turnout recorded 3,320 votes, which falls short of the 4,910 votes required for the results to be considered valid. The official voter turnout tally per faculty is presented below.
This marks the second conduct of the USSC Special Election and Plebiscite. The Student Election Board, together with the University Student Supreme Council (USSC) - Baybay Campus, agreed during the meeting held on October 3, 2025, that in the event of a second failure of the USSC Special Election and Plebiscite, the USSC vacant positions shall remain vacant for the rest of the current administration. In line with this, the USSC vacant positions will remain vacant for the rest of the current administration.
Furthermore, the proposed USSC Constitution and By-Laws (CBL) shall undergo further review by the Council, and plebiscite requests shall be accommodated in the next semester of Academic Year 2025β2026.
