📣 RE-OPENED CALL FOR PARTICIPANTS! 📣

Are you ready for the LEPT? Put your Professional Education knowledge to the test!

Professional Education remains one of the most challenging components of the Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (LEPT), often posing difficulties even for well-prepared examinees.

To support future teachers in assessing their readiness for the board examination, we once again invite graduates/finishers of Teacher Education programs—from Visayas State University and other higher education institutions—to participate in a university-approved research study that involves the final online testing of a Pre-Licensure Examination Material in Professional Education.

📝 The examination consists of 150 carefully developed items aligned with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Table of Specifications, making it a valuable opportunity to gauge your preparedness for the actual LEPT.

Work Hard, Pray Harder! 🙏📚

Our 4th year Edukalistas are currently taking their Pre-Board Examination as the culminating activity of their PrEd 191 (Special Topics)/ LEPT Review Course. This activity simulates the actual Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (LEPT) to prepare them for the real examination experience. 💪

Kudos to this batch for taking the course seriously and for demonstrating discipline, perseverance, and determination in their preparation. We also extend our gratitude and appreciation to our alumni and some of the March 2026 LEPT topnotchers for voluntarily sharing their time as proctors. Their presence serves as an inspiration and motivation to our aspiring teachers. Likewise, we acknowledge the support of our course instuctors/professors, department heads, and FTE Dean, making this activity possible. ❤️🫰

We do all of this for our dear students-the future teachers who will soon make a difference in countless lives and communities. ❤️

📢 Attention to All September 2025 and March 2026 LEPT Passers!

The Faculty of Teacher Education (FTE) – Visayas State University, Baybay City Main Campus, is pleased to announce the second staging of "Gawad Husay," a special recognition program that celebrates and honors the achievement of our graduates who successfully passed—and especially those who excelled in—the September 2025 and March 2026 Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (LEPT).

The event will be held on July 20, 2026 (Monday), from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the RDE Hall, Visayas State University. We warmly invite all eligible LEPT passers and topnotchers to join this meaningful occasion as we recognize your hard work, perseverance, and success.
