We, the 2019-2021 SHoTS Organization Officers would like to thank our 2020-2021 Advisers, Ms. Chelyn Estillore and Ms. Magnolia Lao, the 2019-2020 Advisers, Ms. Hannah Mae Quimbo and Ms. Syrene Nayre, and the Student Development Services Head, Ms. Christie Cyrene Tauy, for the support and guidance in our passion for leadership and leading the SHoTS Organization for two consecutive terms.

Furthermore, we would also like to thank the Members (SHoTS Circle) for their support and cooperation despite the transitions from face-to-face to online activities due to the pandemic. Thank you for adjusting with us in this New Normal challenge and trusting our skills and capabilities.

Again, thank you so much for the support, trust, and participation to make our activities, events, partnerships, and services successful. We hope that you'll continue to support the 2021-2022 officers as they continue to inspire, motivate, serve, and make more productive activities for the organization and its members.

To our successors, the new officers, congratulations! Please do not feel pressured to balance your academics, personal life, and the organization. Always remember your responsibilities, know your top priorities, and learn to be flexible. Do not forget that leadership is about influencing others and creating more leaders than followers.

And to us, the former officers and graduating student leaders, although the pandemic may have altered our dreams for the team and the organization, however, we have remained steadfast under trial. May we move forward with the new growth, knowledge, and strength we gained from these unprecedented times. The 2-years term is indeed a remarkable and rich leadership experience. God bless us in our future endeavors!

I hope all is well with you.

I don't know if aware mo but but Miss Syrene Perez-Nayre needs our prayers and financial help for her father's recuperation. Mid-july naconfine iya papa sa hospital until now naa pa gihapon sila sa hospital. His father is slowly recovering amidst the struggle, especially their rising hospital bill that is up to 15k per day. And now niabot na ug 300k+ ila bill. Their family badly needs our help to support her father's recuperation. I know that everyone is suffering due to this pandemic, but I would like to knock in your kind hearts and immeasurable generosity to help her raise the funds her family needs to support her father's medication and hospital bills. USSC - Baybay Student Leadership Series Day 2 (July 28-30, 2021)

Hello SHoTS! We present to you the official candidates of the first ever SHoTS AY 2021-2022 Online Election.

The application for election is now officially closed. Therefore, late applications of individual candidates and political parties is no longer accepted.

For the official candidates, there is only one party who submitted their application which is the HOPEFUL PARTY. Meaning, there is no opposing party who will run in the election.

But according in the Election Article XI of the SHoTS Constitution and By-Laws,

Section 5. In case of no opposing party, the election shall continue but must get the
majority of the votes of the members; otherwise, the adviser has the
prerogative to appoint an officer with the approval of the majority of the
member of the organization on a general assembly.

Meanwhile, it is stated in Section 3 of Article XI,

Section 3. Election is a major activity therefore; penalty shall be given to those who
will not participate in the election.

Therefore, YOU are still REQUIRED to participate during the election/voting period in order for them to get the majority of votes.

Though it is not yet official, but the election date is planned on AUGUST 2, 2021 (7:00 A.M - 12:00 MIDNIGHT).
