The Society for the Advancement of Veterinary Education and Research (SAVER) โ NVSU Chapter proudly conducted a Free Anti-Rabies Vaccination Drive at Barangay Luyang, Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya. This initiative aimed not only to raise public awareness about rabies, but also to actively contribute to building a safer, rabies-free environment for both animals and humans.
Grounded in our core values of Professional Excellence, Public Service, and Brotherhood, this outreach activity stands as a testament to the unwavering commitment of our veterinary students and alumni, working hand-in-hand with the local community. Through collaborative efforts like this, SAVER โ NVSU Chapter remains steadfast in supporting the national vision of a Rabies-Free Philippines by 2030.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Marie Gel S. Nueva, our proud NVSU-SAVER alumna, for serving as our Show Vet during the event. We are also deeply thankful to Barangay Captain Hon. Oliver T. Geronimo for his support and presence throughout the activity. Likewise, we sincerely thank the Nueva Vizcaya Provincial Veterinary Services Office (PVSO) for generously providing the Anti-Rabies vaccines that made the drive possible.
Special thanks as well to our fellow alumni โ SAVER HR, SAVER Cyrill, SAVER Aisza, and SAVER Ryan โ for their time, effort, and unwavering support. Your presence truly exemplified the spirit of brotherhood that SAVER stands for.
