Anchored on its GIFTED (Graduate Initiatives for Training, Empowerment and Development) Program, the PA 324 Class (Administrative Ethics in Public Service) of the SMU School of Graduate Studies conducted a seminar-extension activity on May 4, 2026, for the barangay leaders, officers, and staff of Brgy. Sanafe, Lamut, Ifugao. Carrying the theme, โLeading with Integrity in Public Service,โ the seminar aimed to equip public servants with practical tools and ethical leadership principles that promote integrity, accountability, and responsible decision-making in public service. Furthermore, the activity sought to deepen the participantsโ understanding of ethical leadership and integrity-based governance in order to strengthen professionalism and public trust in government service.
