𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊 | 𝗡𝗩𝗦𝗨 𝗥𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗔𝗶𝗱 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴

The 𝗡𝗩𝗦𝗨 𝗥𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹 (𝗡𝗩𝗦𝗨-𝗥𝗖𝗬𝗖) successfully conducted its 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗔𝗶𝗱 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 (𝗕𝗙𝗔𝗧) on August 29-30, 2026, at the NVSU Bayombong Campus.

The two-day training brought together aspiring and active youth volunteers for meaningful learning sessions, practical demonstrations, and hands-on activities that strengthened their knowledge of first aid, emergency response, and humanitarian service.

Through the guidance and dedication of First Aid Instructors 𝗛𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗚. 𝗚𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗮, 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗚. 𝗦𝗼𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗹, 𝗞𝗲𝗹𝘃𝗶𝗻 𝗝𝗼𝗵𝗻 𝗕. 𝗙𝗮𝗯𝗿𝗼, and 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗽𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗠. 𝗕𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿𝗮, participants gained valuable skills and experiences that will help them become more confident, prepared, and capable responders in times of emergency.

The council also extends its sincere appreciation to its advisers, 𝗝𝗼𝗲𝗹 𝗚. 𝗗𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗺𝗼 and 𝗚𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝗚. 𝗚𝘂𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘁, for their continued guidance, support, and commitment to the development of NVSU youth volunteers.

Likewise, the 𝗡𝗩𝗦𝗨-𝗥𝗖𝗬𝗖 expresses its gratitude to its advisers, the 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 – 𝗡𝘂𝗲𝘃𝗮 𝗩𝗶𝘇𝗰𝗮𝘆𝗮 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿, and the 𝗡𝘂𝗲𝘃𝗮 𝗩𝗶𝘇𝗰𝗮𝘆𝗮 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 for their unwavering support in strengthening youth development and promoting a culture of preparedness and humanitarian action.

𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒 | 𝗥𝗢𝗢𝗧𝗘𝗗 𝗜𝗡 𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗩𝗜𝗖𝗘, 𝗚𝗥𝗢𝗪𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗧𝗢𝗠𝗢𝗥𝗥𝗢𝗪

The 𝗡𝗩𝗦𝗨 𝗥𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹 conducted a tree-planting activity today at the 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗘𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 (𝗖𝗘𝗡𝗥𝗢) 𝗶𝗻 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁, 𝗕𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗴, bringing together young volunteers in a simple yet meaningful act of service to the community and the environment.

More than just planting trees, the activity reflects the spirit of 𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 —caring for others, protecting the environment, and taking action for the well-being of the community. With every seedling planted, the volunteers also planted a reminder that meaningful change can start with small acts of kindness and service.

As the trees grow, may they also represent the compassion, responsibility, and spirit of volunteerism that continue to grow among young people. 🌱

Through service today, we help build a healthier environment and a more caring community for tomorrow. ❤️

𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞 | NVSU Red Cross Youth members continued to provide humanitarian service on the third and final day of the NVSU–Bayombong Campus Intramurals 2026 on September 18 at the NVSU Sports Complex and Gymnasium and Nueva Vizcaya Sports Complex.

Throughout the final day of the University Intramurals, the members stayed on standby to assist athletes, students, and other participants who needed help. Their service included providing first aid and immediate assistance to those who experienced minor injuries and other concerns during the activities.

From the opening days until the closing of the Intramurals, the NVSU Red Cross Youth remained ready to serve, helping keep the participants supported and cared for throughout the university-wide sports event.

𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊 | NVSU Red Cross Youth members continued their humanitarian service during Day 2 of the NVSU–Bayombong Campus Intramurals 2026 on September 17 at the NVSU Sports Complex and Gymnasium and Nueva Vizcaya Sports Complex.

The team remained ready to assist students, athletes, and other participants throughout the day, providing support and responding to those who needed help during the games and activities.

Their continued presence reflects the Red Cross Youth’s commitment to serving others and being ready to help whenever and wherever assistance is needed.

𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒 | NVSU Red Cross Youth members provided humanitarian services during Day 1 of the NVSU–Bayombong Campus Intramurals 2026 on September 16.

The team stayed on standby throughout the sports events and games, giving assistance and responding to the needs of students, athletes, and other participants during the university-wide sports event. Their presence helped promote safety and support as the Intramurals activities continued.
