𝗕𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗿𝗮𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 (𝗕𝗶𝗣𝗦𝗨) has surged to the top of the medal standings in the latest official EVR-SCUAA 2026 tabulation, amassing an impressive 87 gold, 72 silver, and 68 bronze medals.

Trailing behind are the 𝗟𝗡𝗨 𝗙𝗮𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀 and 𝗩𝗦𝗨 𝗣𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗻𝘀, both battling fiercely with 80 gold medals each.

This applies to students for the following academic periods:
• 2nd Semester, SY 2024–2025
• 1st Semester, SY 2025–2026

Eligible students are encouraged to submit their applications within the designated period. Please ensure that all required documents are complete and submitted on time.

This achievement reflects the institution’s unwavering commitment to excellence, quality instruction, and continuous improvement in teacher education.

We extend our heartfelt congratulations to the BTLED AACCUP Survey committee of each area for their dedication and collective effort in achieving this success.

𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗥𝗬: 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗗𝗨𝗖𝗧 𝗢𝗙 𝗠𝗔𝗞𝗘-𝗨𝗣 𝗖𝗟𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗘𝗦 𝗢𝗡 𝗙𝗘𝗕𝗥𝗨𝗔𝗥𝗬 𝟭𝟴, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

Pursuant to Memorandum Order No. 42, s. 2026, Biliran Province State University (BiPSU) will conduct make-up classes on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, to compensate for instructional time missed due to recent suspensions and holidays.

On this date, the university will temporarily adopt the Tuesday and Friday class schedules. Faculty and students with classes originally scheduled for those days are directed to follow their regular Tuesday and Friday timetables, regardless of the make-up day being a Wednesday.

The implementation of these classes shall remain consistent with the approved shifting classes schedule and the two-shift arrangement prescribed under Memorandum Circular No. 04, s. 2024, regarding the Implementation of Shifting Classes Schedule.

All concerned students are hereby directed to attend their classes accordingly.
