ONLINE ADMISSION APPLICATION REOPENS
(For Incoming First Year Students and Transferees, both Naval Campus and Biliran Campus)

Due to the immense requests from students who reached out and expressed their willingness to study at the premier state university in Biliran, Biliran Province State University (BiPSU) reopens its Online Admission Application for Academic Year 2021-2022 for both the Main Campus and Biliran Campus.

The submission of Application Forms will start today, August 11 and will CLOSE on August 13. Interested applicants are advised to fill out the Application Form through this link: https://forms.gle/3sfXuFxfvpwFYLvx6.
