We are proud to share that Cavite State University – Carmona Campus was recognized during the General Assembly of the Carmona Tourism Council and the Carmona Guild of Local Artists held today, December 18, 2025, at Cleo by the Blue Leaf.

This award acknowledges the University's relentless support to the City Government of Carmona’s efforts to advance the tourism sector in the city.

Representing the campus at the assembly were 𝗗𝗿. 𝗝𝗼𝗮𝗻 𝗟. 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗮, 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗛𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗿. 𝗞𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘀, 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝗰𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿, who personally received the prestigious recognition. This milestone is a testament to the active participation and dedicated involvement of our Hospitality Management program, which continues to play a vital role in fostering local growth and excellence in the industry.

Hands-on learning in action.

Our Hospitality Management students participated in the SKYFOS Property Management System Workshop on November 3, 4, and 7, 2025. An exciting training session with Smiles & Stars Hospitality Training Services, Corp.

From check-in to check-out, our future hoteliers got real-world experience managing hotel systems.

ICYMI: The Hospitality Management Program recently hosted the Property Management System (PMS) workshop to address the training needs of our students through hands-on experience.

The SKYFOS Property Management System workshop was held last November 3, 4 and 7, 2025 with Smiles & Stars Hospitality Online Training Services as our training partner for the said activity.

The event was attended by 2nd-year students taking a course on Applied Business Tools and Technologies and Front Office Operations under Ms. Melissa Fabicon, Mr. Kenneth Villano, Ms Jenyca Joy Genteroy and Mr. John Hermosilla

The Program would like to thank the parents, our Campus Administrator, Dr. Jenny Beb Espinelli, Dr. Joan L. Fortuna, Mr. Klenton Torrevillas, MIHM, DHM instructors and the University, for their support.

The Program would also like to thank Ms. Jessica Saniel and the whole Smiles & Stars Hospitality Online Training Services team for the very educational training they have provided.

The Department of Hospitality Management proudly presents the 3rd SKYFOS Property Management System Workshop, in partnership with Smiles and Stars Hospitality Training Services, PH, and with the support of the Supreme Hoteliers Society, taking place from November 3 to 5, 2025.

Through this hands-on seminar-workshop, our students gain real-world experience in hotel operations, from reservations and check-in to billing and check-out, thereby strengthening their front office skills and enhancing their career readiness.
